The Burning Bridge Menu features damn good homemade Bar-B-Que. Lovingly rubbed with a house blend of spices and slow smoked in our smoker, the meat is full of flavor.
All of our meats are sourced through Sue, the town grocer (can”t beat Sue”s meat), from local butchers. The meats, including the burgers and wings, are never frozen pokies australia and cooked fresh.
As we come up with, and take suggestions from our customers, we will be improving the menu. So stay tuned as we try to make a trip to the Burning Bridge a true down home culinary experience.
