Burning Bridge BBQ is our signature. After retiring from the Air Force, Steve has followed his passion for Texas BBQ and brought it to Wrightsville. All the meats are hand rubbed with a home-made blend of spices and then slowly smoked in our Burning Bridge Smoker. When fired up, the mesquite makes any stomach rumble.
The meat is all sourced locally, and never frozen. Even the smoker was made nearby in New Holland, PA by the Amish. We pride ourselves on supporting local, sustainable agriculture. Here you know you are getting wholesome food, unlike going to a national chain.
